Cancelaciones
La confirmación del tour por correo electrónico constituye un contrato vinculante.
En caso de necesitar cancelar, le rogamos hacerlo con la mayor antelación posible y siempre por escrito. Se aplican las siguientes condiciones:
Hasta 7 días antes del inicio del tour: Cancelación sin coste. Si el pago ya ha sido realizado, se reembolsará el 100 %.
Entre 6 y 4 días antes del inicio del tour: Se cobrará el 50 % del importe total.
Menos de 72 horas antes del inicio del tour: Se cobrará el 100 % del coste del tour.
Las entradas adquiridas por adelantado para museos, así como los alquileres de bicicletas reservados con antelación, no son reembolsables.
Retrasos
Si prevé llegar con retraso, le pedimos que informe al guía lo antes posible.
El guía esperará un máximo de 25 minutos. En caso de no recibir aviso, la reserva se considerará cancelada.
Aunque se comunique el retraso, el guía no está obligado a extender ni reprogramar la visita. El tour finalizará a la hora establecida en el correo de confirmación.
Si el guía no se presenta, se reembolsará el importe total del servicio.
Responsabilidad
No nos hacemos responsables de accidentes, robos, pérdidas o daños que pudieran producirse antes, durante o después del tour.

Stornierungen
Die Bestätigung der Tour per E-Mail gilt als verbindlicher Vertrag. Sollte eine Stornierung erforderlich sein, bitten wir um frühestmögliche und schriftliche Mitteilung. Es gelten folgende Bedingungen:
Bis 7 Tage vor Tourbeginn: Kostenlose Stornierung. Bereits geleistete Zahlungen werden vollständig erstattet.
Zwischen 6 und 4 Tagen vor Tourbeginn: 50 % des Gesamtbetrags werden berechnet.
Weniger als 72 Stunden vor Tourbeginn: 100 % des Tourpreises werden berechnet.
Vorab bezahlte Eintrittskarten für Museen oder gebuchte Fahrradverleihe sind nicht erstattungsfähig.
Verspätungen
Bitte informieren Sie den Guide, falls Sie sich verspäten.
Der Guide wartet maximal 25 Minuten. Ohne vorherige Mitteilung gilt die Tour als storniert.
Auch bei rechtzeitiger Benachrichtigung besteht keine Verpflichtung, die Tour zu verlängern oder umzuprogrammieren. Die Tour endet zur im Bestätigungsschreiben angegebenen Uhrzeit.
Sollte der Guide nicht erscheinen, wird der volle Betrag erstattet.
Haftung
Wir übernehmen keine Haftung für Unfälle, Diebstähle, Verluste oder Schäden vor, während oder nach der Tour.

Cancellation Policy
Confirmation of the tour by email constitutes a binding agreement.
If you need to cancel, please do so as early as possible and always in writing. The following conditions apply:
Up to 7 days before the tour: Cancellation free of charge. If payment has already been made, 100% will be refunded.
Between 6 and 4 days before the tour: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Less than 72 hours before the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
Prepaid museum tickets or bicycle rentals are non-refundable.
Delays
If you expect to arrive late, please inform the guide as soon as possible.
The guide will wait a maximum of 25 minutes. Without prior notice, the tour will be considered cancelled.
Even if notice is given, the guide is not obliged to extend or reschedule the tour. The tour will end at the time specified in the confirmation email.
If the guide does not show up, the full amount will be refunded.
Liability
We accept no responsibility for accidents, theft, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after the tour.
